Rental without skipper: valid ID at pick-up, a boating licence where required, and respect for the maximum number of people.

Cancellation and bad weather

Deposit: cancellation more than 15 days before departure = full refund or free change of date; between 15 and 7 days = 50% refund or free change of date; under 7 days = no cash refund, free change of date or a voucher valid for 12 months; no-show = deposit not refundable.
Balance (paid to the operator): full refund up to 72 hours before departure; within 72 hours it is not refunded in cash, but the booking can be moved to another date.
