How payment works for the Exclusive option
With the boat reserved for you, the whole amount is paid at booking, not just the deposit. There are two payments, because they go to two different parties: the deposit to us and the balance directly to the company providing boat and crew. The booking is valid only once both have been made; until then the date stays open to others.
The deposit follows our cancellation terms. Any refund of the balance is governed by the company’s own terms, and the company answers for it directly to you: the company’s terms, communicated in writing on 17 August 2026, are these: cancellation at least 72 hours before the experience, full refund of the balance; cancellation within the last 72 hours, no refund of the balance; sailings suspended by the Harbour Master’s Office, change of date where possible, otherwise full refund. We do not guarantee or advance the refund of that part.
The booking and both payments must be completed at least 4 days before departure: we need a full day beyond the 72-hour limit to receive confirmation from the company that the balance has arrived. This is why closer dates cannot be selected. For a departure within 4 days, write to us on WhatsApp and we will check with the company.
