Beginner’s first dive in Cala Gonone

A first dive in Cala Gonone, made for anyone who has never been down with a tank. You start with a short theory lesson: how the equipment works, how to breathe with the tank and the safety rules. Then the equipment is set up and you enter the sea from the beach, first in shallow water and then, when you feel at ease, down to a maximum of 5 metres, always with certified instructors. At the end there is a short debrief with a general and an individual assessment, and the equipment is taken off. Small group, relaxed pace.
