The rules, in plain words.

1. Who can sign up. Anyone, free and with no obligation. One sign-up per email address. You receive a personal link and a QR with your name. You are not an employee or representative of ZOSO TECH: you do not sign contracts and do not promise anything on its behalf. The customer always buys from ZOSO TECH.
2. Whose customer it is. Whoever arrives from your link or QR stays yours for 90 days. A customer stays with the first agent who brought them: if it already exists, it does not change. If another agent already has an active customer in the same area, the new customer stays “in conflict” and earns no shares until we resolve it together.
3. What you earn. A share of what the customer pays ZOSO TECH for the software. No percentage on the bookings that customers receive. Today, for the operators' software: 45 € fixed on the installation and 30% of what the customer pays in the first 12 months, then 30% for as long as the customer stays active. For experiences, businesses and ports, the quotas of the current price list apply, which you see on your private page. After 10 active customers the percentage on recurring payments goes up by 5 points.
4. What it is calculated on. Only on what the customer has actually paid, net of VAT and payment fees. Never on what is merely promised. The period (and so the percentage) depends on the payment date compared with the date the customer signed up.
5. When and how we pay you. The share becomes payable after a waiting period from the payment received: operators 30 days, experiences 30, businesses 30, ports 90. We pay from 50 € upwards; below that, the amount accumulates. We pay with the methods active at the time of payment, with a receipt. If you are a business, declaring what you receive and the related taxes is your responsibility.
6. Refunds and cancellations. If a customer gets a refund within 3 months of payment, you return the share in proportion to what was refunded: we deduct it from later payments. After that period a refund no longer affects your share. A cancellation without refund takes nothing away: the customer has paid.
7. What is not allowed. No promises of earnings or results to the customer; no unsolicited messages or spam; no misleading use of our name or brands; no paid advertising on the words of our name; no fake purchases, or purchases made by you or companies linked to you, to collect the share.
8. If something goes wrong. In case of abuse we may suspend or close the sign-up; unpaid shares for irregular sales are not recognised. You can close your sign-up at any time by writing to us: shares already earned on regular payments will be paid to you.
9. If the rules change. The shares and these rules may change; shares already earned do not change. Every version of the rules has a date, and the version you accept when signing up is recorded with date and time.
10. Data and law. We use name and email only to manage your sign-up and payments, as explained in the privacy policy. Controller: ZOSO TECH of Lucio Occhipinti, Faido (Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
