The rules, in plain words.

1. Who can apply. A business or brand with its own website. You fill in the form (name, category, website, email) and choose the plan: “Local” for businesses in Cala Gonone or Dorgali, “Standard” for everyone else. The request becomes valid only with payment.
2. What you get. Your rotating banner at the bottom of the site's pages, with a link to your website, for 12 months from the start date. You get a personal page with the views and clicks of your banner. The banner shares the rotation with those of other sponsors.
3. Price. Today: “Local” 79 € per year, “Standard” 149 € per year. For the first 4 sponsors the first year costs 49 € (Local) or 99 € (Standard); from the second year the full price applies. The price you see in the form when you apply is the one that counts.
4. Payment and renewal. You pay with an annual PayPal subscription, which renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account: the banner stays live until the end of the period already paid, then it does not renew. Cancelling stops the following renewals.
5. Your banner. After payment you upload it yourself: a logo or graphic as JPG, PNG or WebP, brought to a 3 to 1 format and shown at 300 x 100 pixels. It goes live straight away and is checked afterwards. You declare that you have the right to use the logo, image and text, and that the link leads to the website you indicated.
6. What is not acceptable. Unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or content that violates the rights of others; a link that does not lead to the website indicated or that leads to harmful sites. In these cases we remove the banner. If we remove it because the logo or link are not in order, we refund your payment.
7. Numbers and results. Views and clicks are counted by the site and you see them on your page. We do not promise a number of views, clicks, customers or revenue: they depend on the period, the season and how your banner looks.
8. If the rules change. Prices and rules may change for new requests; what you have already paid does not change. Every version of the rules has a date, and the version you accept is recorded with date and time.
9. Data and law. We use name, website and email only to manage your sponsorship and payments, as explained in the privacy policy. Payment goes through PayPal. Controller: ZOSO TECH of Lucio Occhipinti, Faido (Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
